Carers connect is a new Digital Service designed with and for the 140,000 informal carers across South Yorkshire. It aims to provide a single place for carers to find comprehensive, trusted, up-to-date information and services relevant to them and their situation, wherever they live or care for someone in S Yorks. There are four digital Assistants – Barney, Dee, Robin & Sophie –’always available’ advisor.

By using WhatsApp the team are able to give carers the ability to ‘have a conversation’ with trusted information & advice whenever they need it.
