From 1st April 2018 we will no longer be able to send appointment reminders via a standard text message. To continue to receive messages and appointment reminders on your phone from Dinnington Group Practice you will need to install the free MJog Messenger App on your smartphone. You can download this from the App Store or Google Play. Help is available via  https://www.mjog.com/messenger/

From 3rd April 2017 the way you order your repeat prescription is changing. Your pharmacy will no longer be able to order your repeat prescription on your behalf. Please look at our news page for more details.

SURGERY CLOSURE

Dinnington, Anston and Woodsetts Surgeries will be closed On Thursday 11th October 2018 from 12 Noon until Friday morning.

If you need advice that cannot wait until Friday morning please dial 111

Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

  • Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Passport signing
  • Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
  • Private sick notes
  • Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

We can only accept cash and cheques covered by a bank card – we do not have facilities for card payments.
